Appearance: Around 6 foot and 5 inches is how tall Raion is. Muscle covers almost all of his body, making him very powerful in close combat. His hair is a mess of light brown spikes, which he almost always keeps under his black hood. His face is covered with raping’s, they cove his right eye and go down to his chin. Only his left Rinnegan filled eye is left uncovered. His black hooded, blue clouded Unmei robe goes down to just above his feet. He has his legendary samurai sword on the back of his robe.

Personality: Raion has no emotion what so ever. His eyes are cold as ice and his heart is to. He loves to kill and does it as often as he can. He is very strict when it comes to running the Unmei. If he even senses a weak link in the group he will kill them. He is also a very smart ninja; he is always 10 steps ahead of his enemies.

Weapons: The legendary beast sword. This swords blade is as red as the blood that covers it. The ninja that holds the blade is able to infuse chakra into it. Making it very hot, so hot that it is able to break through the enemies blades.

Jutsu: Though Raion can use many jutsu his strongest ones will be the ones I will list.
Lions Furry- With this jutsu Raion breathes out fire that is mixed with his wind chakra nature. This turns the flame blue and makes it a lot hotter. The flame then takes a form of a lion as it charges towards Raions enemies.
Deaths Wind- With this jutsu Raion causes a light wind to enter the battle field. Little does the enemy know that it is a deadly form of genjutsu.
Summing Jutsu- With this jutsu Raion summons a lion named Taiyô.
The Lions Cloak- This is like the 9 tails cloak but not as strong. Red chakra that Raion barrows from Taiyo covers him, making him faster and stronger. Though there is a large price to be paid for using this jutsu. When Raion is done with this jutsu he must give back all he barrowed plus some.
Fire Beast blade- This can only be used with the Beast sword. When using the Beast sword Raion mixes more of his wind chakra with the blade making the blade glow blue. The blade is then hotter than normal, and lighter.

Chakra Nature: Raion has all of the chakra natures because of his Rinnegan.

History: In fear of Raions clan, the Hidden Rain Village killed the clan. Little did they know a small child was hiding in the woods 2 miles from his home. This child was Raion, he grew up traveling around the different lands. Picking up as much jutsu as he could learn, he soon started to kill other ninja for their jutsus. The more he killed the more he liked killing. Soon he started to notice that more ninjas where turning rouge. He started thinking that he could gather these rouges and take over all of the hidden villages. So he went out on a quest to gather 8 of the strongest rouges the world had to offer. He soon found them, together the 9 of them made a plan to take over the hidden villages.
