Welcome to Naruto Kaishi! Now we want you to all have fun, but we also want you to follow the rules. Break the rules once and you will get a warning. Brake them twice and you get suspended; the time varying depending on what you did. Break them a third time and you will automatically be banned from the site. Now we don't want this to happen, so please be good. 
Rule #1: You must respect everyone on this site whether they are a staff member or not. This is the most important rule and breaking this one will automatically get you suspended. There is no warning!!!!!
Rule#2: Please, no racism, sexuality, or talk about religion on this site.
-Don't ask if someone is white, black, Hispanic, or anything else along these lines. It is rude! Don't slander races or skin colors. It is racism and you will be suspend or maybe even banned.
-When talking in the cbox, the Out Of Character board, or in a thread, you are not allowed to say anything sexual. If in character you want your characters to fall in love, allow them to kiss and hug, but that is it!!! No disgusting details, so sexual conversations, nothing! Just have them kiss and hug but no more. If you go further than a kiss or hug, your threads will be deleted and you will get a warning. If bad enough, suspended or banned!
-Don't talk about religion at all! You are not allowed to slander, boast, or teach a religion here. If you do you will get warned, suspended, or banned!
Rule #3: When role playing, you may swear a bit, but not every other word. Maybe once or twice a paragraph. But in the cbox or OOC, it is not allowed. Also, you are not allowed to use the F-bomb EVER! Use it and you will get banned, no discussion!!!
Rule #4: No God Modding! No character is invincible, even a Kage or Unmei character. When in battle, they can win, but not without some injuries. Also, they can't win every time. Remember, not even Naruto won all of them(reference back to his battle with Sasuke), so yours can't either. Also, your character can't get out of a battle unscathed(unless they are a woos and hid the whole time). If in a battle, they must get injured in some way. It doesn't have to be life threatening or a loss of a limb.
Rule #4: You are not allowed to have a high rank without authorization from both admins! Also, you must fit the standards to qualify for a high rank. There will be auditions to find out who is most suited, and you must get on at least 3 times a week. High ranks must be played!!! If you do not play one within the first week and a half of receiving one, they will either get killed, De-ranked, or overthrown, and a new one will take his/her place.
-:Side note:Kage's and Unmei are the only ones who have the ability to create new jutsu's without paying, but you must run them by an admin first so we can decided if it can be used. There is no invincible jutsu so don't create one that can't be beat. It will get rejected.
-:Side note #2: Unmei are allowed to have the sharingan, byakugan, and Rinnegan, but you must ask first.
Rule #5: If you are not a Unmei and want one of the Dōjutsu(one of the 3 eye techniques) you must buy them at the store. If you create a character with one of these Dōjutsu's without buying them they will be rejected and you will get a warning.

Rule #7: Ninjas are going to die, even the kages and unmei will die at some point. We will be fair though, only admins can chose who dies. If you want your ninja to die come talk to an admin about it. We will not kill a ninja with out the members agreement. We don't want to make a member unhappy. So we will ask before we kill them if it is OK. If you become inactive we will kill of your ninja with out asking. Sorry its just to keep the site free of inactive people. The kages and unmei will die less often, this is just to keep the plot going, so us admin don't have to keep updating the plot. They will die though, this is to give others the chance to have a kage or unmei member.
