Ryuu casually walked through hot desert with an expressionless look upon his face. He wore his black robe with blue clouds, and his hood covered the top half of his face. He was close now. He made a few hand signs and transformed into a Hyuga in the Leaf Village. He couldn't allow to be seen as himself, those were the orders. He continued his walk, and soon reached the top of the hill where he could see the entrance to the Sand Village just ahead.
Upon reaching the main entrance the guards moved in asking him his purpose in the Sand Village. He looked past them without speaking. "Byakugan! Eight Trigrams! Air Palm!" He thrusted his palm out and sent a guard crashing into the cliffside. "Gentle Fist! Three Strikes!" He then grabbed the other guard by the wrist and twisted him around placed three precise strikes on his back sending him flying into the opposite cliffside. He was so quick and precise the guards hadn't even stood a chance against him.
He then began to run towards the village as he heard shouting, alerting everyone to a Hyuga attacking the village. A couple guards came rushing him at the end of the main entrance and Ryuu was quick to use gentle fist taking both down without wasting any time. As they were falling he quickly jabbed one kunai into each of their backs, killing them. He continued to run into the village.
A Sand ninja jumped down from a roof in front of him blocking his way. He used gentle fist but was surprisingly countered. "Hyuga I see. Not the first time I've fought one of you."
The Sand ninja started moving quickly around Ryuu sending kicks and punches from all directions. It was apparent his primary ability was taijutsu, just as Ryuu's was. Ryuu blocked strike after strike and was countered strike after strike of his own. He began to get frustrated with this ninja and was ready for this to end.
He flipped back and upon landing took a very familiar stance. "Eight Trigrams!" The Sand ninja tryed to evade, but Ryuu already had him close in range. It was too late for an evasion, especially from Ryuu's Eight Trigrams. "Style Three Hundred Sixty... One!" Ryuu moved forward in a flash of light making the first two strikes stopping the sand ninja in his tracks. Then came four strikes. Then eight. Then sixteen. Then thirty two. Then sixty four. The speed kept getting faster, and after the sixty four strikes his hands and arms became a blur of color as he struck all 361 tenketsu. He made his final blow and stopped. After a few seconds the Sand ninja was blasted backwards with incredible force sending him through a few buildings. By striking all 361 chakra nodes, everything in the body would shut down, causing death.

Miaka Kagami was wandering through the village, her red hair down around her waist, watching the scenery. She always got bored of it because she wasn't really excited by sand and dead brush. Sure when you're younger you see a sand drift and it's, Yay! Sand drift!, but when you get to be her age it's, Oh yay, sand drifts, whoopee. She could never find anything fun around here anymore. She wanted to get out, go on a mission, explore the nations, but what was so great about being a Chunnin when you weren't even needed? A sand twister formed next to her and swirled around her, blowing dust all over her outfit. Swearing under her breath she patted the dust off of her green and yellow outfit. Like usual she was wearing a lacy, yellow spaghetti strapped tank top over a green camisole top with brown capris. Around her waste was a brown and yellow fabric belt that held her pack of kunai and throwing stars. Tapping the tips of her sandals on the ground she wiggled the sand from her feet. She was so sick of sand. Just then her thoughts were cut short by the sound of explosions and fighting. Something was happening and she wanted to see. If it was bandits, she might get a date, again, or kidnapped, again. Making her way to to noise she saw someone she knew go flying through buildings. Her skidded through a halt by her side. "S-sensei?" Her eyes were filled with shock as she knelt down and shook him. She knew that his wounds weren't from the battle, but from the buildings. However, she could tell what was from the fight. She couldn't feel his chakra, it had been cut off. This was the work of a Hyuuga, and a powerful one at that. Making her way through the broken buildings she found the culprit. Leaf ninja, but why? They were supposed to be friends, and the Hokage? She looked up to him, she couldn't believe he had done something like this. It must be either a trick, missing-nin, or both. She was going to find out. "Hay! What are you doing in my village?!" She yelled, making hand signs and clapping her hands together. Shards of glass rose from the sand around her, glistening in different colors from the gleam of the sun. For now, she would warn him, let him decide to leave before forcing him out. "Glass style; Dancing shards." She said and the shards, forming a horizontal whirlwind, shot towards the ninja, bent to injure, not kill.

Ryuu stood in the streets looking at the damage he had already done. The plan was going smoothly so far, but he would appreciate a challenge. The ninja that so far had approached brought forth nothing to him. He felt unsatisfied. He knew he shouldn't have used his Style 361 yet. It was too soon, and now he became tiresome and bored. He had already killed a few sand ninja, so that would definitely stir things up. All he really had to do was be spotted by a sand ninja, get in another fight, and retreat. He wouldn't have to retreat due to possibly losing, but it was all part of the ploy.
Just then a girl shouted after him. He looked up to who it was. Perfect he thought. She started weaving hand signs and shards of glass began shooting at him. "Rotation!" He spun wildly using the Eight Trigrams creating a barrier of chakra around himself that deflected the glass shards. After deflecting the glass shards he stopped and looked towards the girl. "Your village attacked us first! You will pay for the lives lost in the Leaf Village!" He had to do his best to make it sound good.
He then charged towards her and quickly side stepped to the left of her. He used two fingers and went in to strike her in the kidneys. This was a low level Hyuga attack, and it was only meant to appear as though he were trying to kill her. He could have used a much stronger Eight Trigrams form, but it would have defeated his purpose here now.

Miaka growled when she saw how easily he deflected her glass. She was going to need to up her attack. This ninja was going to be a pain, and she could tell just by his stance. He had excellent training and experience, unlike her. Sure she had been in a few fights, but not enough because of the stupid peace treaty. Sighing she decided that if she lost she would loose in style. Forming more hand signs she was about to start another attack when she heard what he said. They had attacked first? They would pay with their lives? She didn't remember an attack, but that part didn't matter. This guy was serious and wanted to kill her. A grin came across her lips. It had been a while since she had been in a serious fight. This would be fun.
She saw him prepare for an attack then lunge. Her stance instantly changed. He was going for a kidney. If he connected she would be out of the fight, but that wasn't allowed. She wanted to have some fun. At the last second, she formed some hand signs and solid glass formed around her waist, blocking his attack. Her smile got wider, the tips of her teeth showing. "You know, that's low and a bit boring. Plus, if you had succeeded, it wouldn't have been a stylish end, and I want a good, exciting end." Her eyes filled with a mysterious light as she looked at the man. She did some hand signs and the glass shards formed again, swirling in a whirlwind behind her. "So, how about we make this exciting. We don't want to get bored now, do we?"

He struck the glass around her waist leaving a small crack in it. But it wouldn't do any damage to her. At her words he thought just how pathetic she sounded. If he really had wanted her dead this instant he would have done it already. As for her stylish and exciting ending, that was definitely Ryuu. He was someone who preferred to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The younger generation hadn't had much fighting in their lives, so it appeared now that they get the chance they wanted to prove themselves, when in his mind they were merely being foolish.
Ryuu backflipped landing in his stance. Quickly he made his move. "Eight Trigrams! Air palm!" He thrusted one hand out and launched her backwards into her glass whirlwind just as he intended to do. He knew since she had control over it she most likely wouldn't take much damage from it. Though he wanted her to know just how serious this may get. He wanted her to understand that this wasn't a game.
He then flipped high above her as she was in the center of her own whirlwind. He then aimed down at her. "Eight Trigrams! Air palm!" He thrusted his hand downwards with the intent of sending her straight into the ground, and with the chakra he put into this attack he intended for the glass to come crashing down at her. He would use her own attack against her.

Miaka watched as he flipped backwards, a scowl on her face. She could read his expressions. He thought she considered this a game when in reality, it was training. She didn't care if anyone saw her, she just wanted the experience she couldn't get fighting dummies or friends. She was just moving her stance to send the glass at him when he attacked her with an Air palm. It caught her by surprise, sending her flying into her whirlwind of glass. Hearing his next attack she knew just what to do. Because she was in the whirlwind he couldn't see her moves, which gave her the advantage. She knew exactly what moves to do, she just wondered if she could. She hadn't mastered it yet, but she had to try. The inside glass of the whirlwind formed around her to create an entire cover of glass armor. She would have to take the attack to get this to work. His palm contacted with the glass, the force of it causing her to crash into the ground, the glass following after her, a tink tink sound filling the air as it bounced off her armor. She smiled when she saw his palm, it had been successfully shashed by the tiny shards that surrounded the outside of the armor. Standing, she jumped out of the small crater she had made in the earth and formed some more handsigns, her glistening armor disipating into a shining, colorful dust, filling the air around her. "Time to test my new attack. Ready to be destroyed from the inside out? Glass style: Sparkling death! The cloud of dust moved in the blink of an eye, heading for the man's bloodstream. No one can stop, or block this attack. The particles are too small, so let's see what you do? She thought to herself with a smile on her lips. However, the smile quickly vanished, the excitement followed by pain. She still couldn't do it, she wasn't strong enough. The dust, nearly centimeters from the man's blood, stopped and flowed gently to the ground. She was out of chakra, she still didn't have enough to control this attack.

The cuts on his hand didn't faze him even slightly. He had dealt with far worse. He flipped back again and landed gracefully. He had seen her hand signs and other movements through his Byakugan, and he could tell something big was coming. However, what he knew was something she didn't. Because of his Byakugan he could see her entire chakra system, thus allowing to him the ability to tell that she was running low on chakra, and her next move was taking a huge toll on what was left.
He watched the dust get closer and he didn't even make a move to get away from it. He knew her chakra would run out long before it ever touched him. He just watched it until finally it settled on the ground. He looked up at her now, fully drained of her chakra. He shook his head slowly. "Foolish girl, did you really think you could fool a Hyuga. I'm quite aware what your chakra is at. You're finished."
He then lunged forward, "Now die!" He made it appear as though he was going for the kill. Using gentle fist he struck a few spots on her body. Not one of them were kill shots. However, they would have the effect of paralyzation and knock her out relatively quick. "You really should understand your limits before running into a life or death battle." He stood at her side after making the strikes.

Miaka cursed as she fell to her knees, most of her chakra gone. She knew that she was going to be gone if she didn't act fast or do something. She knew he would go for gentle fist, so she channeled her chakra into her hands. She was going to do one final attack of surprise, but she knew it would only wound him because she didn't have the strength to kill him.
She smiled at his comment he gave about trying to fool him. She knew well about the hyuga clan and their abilities. She knew she wouldn't be able to fool him unless he paid more attention to other things. When he lunged, she smiled, knowing he would be surprised at her last attack. When he stuck her different parts of her chakra points, she knew it would be a week or so before she could use her chakra again, or even move, so she better make this last bit good so she has no regrets while she is bed ridden.
The paralysis began to kick in and she fell forward onto her chest, the top of her hands touching the earth. She scoffed at his limits before life or death battle lecture and looked at him, a few shards forming under the sand. "I won't die that easily." She breathed and, with a twitch of her finger, some shards flew from the ground, slicing at his skin, legs, chest, arms, and face, but none were deep enough to do major damage, just deep enough to bleed and cause pain, if he felt any. "I'm....a...stubborn...girl." With that she passed out, the glass disintegrating back into sand.

He stood there and watched as she fell. The shards of glass struck him all over but he didn't bother to evade. He understood what she'd be capable of in her condition as of now. Blood trickled slowly from his cuts as he just stood there. His eyes were empty in a sense. He showed no remorse, pain, or anything for that matter. She wasn't dead and he knew it. This was part of the plan he was given. She would eventually wake up and tell all how it was a leaf ninja who attacked her, and then the two villages would soon wage war on one another just as was hoped for.
Just as a gurantee he dropped the headband on him with the leaf's symbol on it next to her. With that he turned his back and then jumped up to a roof and headed for the exit. His job here was done, and he was quite sure there would be new orders waiting for him. He had no time to waste now. He moved quickly and quietly and it wasn't long before he was no longer in the village.

The sound of a beep, then another filled the air. A respirator could be heard as air moved back and forth in a slow, even motion. It had been three days since the battle between Miaka and the stranger, but still no sign of her waking up. The doctors were becoming worried about her state. They had found the headband of a leaf village ninja lying next to her collapsed and bleeding body, but because she was still asleep, they didn't know any details. No one had seen the fight, they had been too busy tending to the ninja who had been injured when the stranger entered. They still couldn't believe that Miaka had been the one to fight, and with her condition, were surprised she had lived. She had been beaten badly, her body covered in cuts and bruises. Almost all of her chakra had been used, while the rest was sealed off, showing signs of an Hyuga. However, that was all they knew, with her asleep, their questions held no answers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Darkness, that was all she could see, all she could sense. It was cold in the darkness and all Miaka wanted was to get out, but how? She could feel the air moving in and out of her lungs, the sharp pain of a needle entering her arm, and the wetness of a towel on her forehead, but it wasn't enough to drive away the black abyss. She still couldn't move because of the damn Hyuga, and she knew the cold she felt was her lack of chakra. Why did she have to be so stubborn to use up the only chakra she had left in the fight? With a mental sigh she decided to just ignore the cold. For now, she would have to get out of this darkness, or from what she heard a nearby voice say, possible coma. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day seven had come and she had still not awoken. She was beginning to wonder if she would. The doctors the she heard from time to time didn't give her much inspiration either. Why not just lay here and sleep? Forget about the fight and move on? The fight. What had happened again? She had fought someone powerful, but what did he look like? She couldn't remember. Glimpses of her memory began to pass through her thoughts. The man's voice, the pain of the attacks. The uncaring look in his eyes that never changed even when she pulled out her strongest attack. She remember her frustration and her anger at her loss. That's it, the reason I need to get out of this state. I need to find him and show him I'm not as weak as he thinks. With that thought, her determination rose once again. ----------------------------------- 11:23 PM Day 7 The darkness began to fade and Miaka opened her eyes. She had awakened.
